National Association of Racing
The National Association of Racing (Japanese: 地方競馬全国協会 Chiho Keiba Zenkoku Kyokai, or NAR) is a public company established to operate Chiho Keiba (地方競馬 horse racing by Local Government) .
There are two horse racing organizations in Japan, Japan Racing Association (JRA) and NAR.
